Having forged a profound connection during a mentorship program, Candice and Grace discovered an immediate bond fueled by their mutual love for dogs. Learning about the non-profit initiative spearheaded by Grace and her husband, Franklin, to aid homeless dogs in Mexico, Candice recognized in Grace a dedicated and compassionate team member. Grace, in turn, introduced her husband Franklin, and together, this dynamic trio embarked on a mission to acquire properties.
Enter Patrick, the founder of a New England meetup, whose shared enthusiasm for financial freedom, real estate, and financial education resonated with Candice. In seamlessly connecting Patrick with Franklin and Grace, it became evident that we all embraced common core values such as honesty, transparency, integrity, and humor.
